Introductory & Advanced Baking Classes
Wildflower Baking will be transitioning to Wildflower Baking School in October. I will be offering virtual classes and personalized instruction, starting with a introduction to whole grains class and a sourdough class. I will continue to release different classes as the year unfolds, including the always-in-demand croissant class and more. These classes will be available to people anywhere with an internet connection. Expanding Wildflower's audience alone is something that I am very excited about!
My ultimate goal with this is to provide these experiences to communities that don't have access to such a class because of money or time constraints. I am thrilled to offer scholarships for people who have financial barriers and I am working with local organizations such as Growing Gardens and La Colectiva de la Comida to bring these classes to life in those communities. But I can only do these things with your help.
